Our Mission

The mission of the ACAS is to :

Initiate and foster the growth of advanced studies and research in physical, mathematical and social sciences in Africa.
Expand our horizon in mechanisms that enhance educational, economical and technological growth potential.
Develop cutting-edge research programs made by African researchers in order to address specific, peculiar and unique Africa-based challenges faced by our continent and increase our own roles in solving our own problems and also being capable of offering solutions to world problems as well.
To poise the African continent to be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with developed countries as being able to close the gap between Africa and the rest of the world in terms of finding adequate functioning solutions through extensive research with an aim to reducing significantly the delay in exponential development of Africa specifically and to accelerate the development of humankind as a whole.

Establish a platform for intended collaboration between African

researchers within Africa and around the world to produce ground breaking results in all aspects of science, technology, education and life in general, both at home and abroad.
Provide an attractive and inspiring environment where researchers from Africa and all around the world would gather to share ideas, and conduct research activities at the highest international standard in order to proffer feasible recommendations for development and to produce record making solutions to lingering problems for Africa specifically and for the world in general.
Make Africa a fully functioning and developed continent capable of assisting other developing societies to reach a similar outcome.
